Ubisoft Loyalty Program Revamped: More Discounts and Rewards for Players
Ubisoft has enhanced its loyalty program, providing players with more opportunities to save money while gaming. The publisher has updated its Ubisoft Store loyalty initiative for PC, expanding the range of games that qualify for discounts through accrued Units. Previously, gamers could use 100 Units for a 20% discount on their total purchase during checkout, applicable even for newer titles that were older than three months. This discount was combinable with other promotions, making it possible to snag some fantastic deals. Many players have found value in this loyalty program as it can further reduce the cost of already discounted games.
Additionally, Units can be exchanged for in-game rewards in various titles, including bonus skins for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege or outfits in Assassin’s Creed Mirage. What distinguishes this program is the ability to earn Units for free by completing specific challenges in select Ubisoft games. They can also be obtained as a bonus with purchases, providing 1 Unit for every $1 spent. Recently, Ubisoft announced via email that it would be enhancing the program details.
The communication stated that the program has been broadened, allowing players to use Units on a larger variety of products. Moreover, the 20% discount will now apply to pre-orders and newly released games, eliminating the previous three-month waiting period. This is exciting news for anyone interested in forthcoming Ubisoft titles, such as Assassin's Creed Shadows, although pre-orders for that particular game are not yet available. New Ubisoft accounts are granted 100 Units upon creation, so if you haven't established an account yet, you can enjoy one discount right away at no cost.
