Narrative Events of Halo Infinite Can Take This Game to the Next Level
Upon its release not too long ago, Halo Infinite immediately got plenty of positive reviews from critics and players. At the same time, players have found some reasons to complain over time. One of the main things about the game that gained approval is its free multiplayer mode and extensive open-world campaign. Also, a lot of people agree that the use of multiplayer narrative events is a great way for the game to stay relevant.
At the moment, it is still unclear what the narrative events of this game will look like. As this concept is not new and has already been used by other games, it is possible to get a rough idea of what we can expect. For instance, interactive narrative events have already been used by Fortnite in which such events have offered more depth to the season and expanded the narrative. As Halo Infinite seems to have problems with keeping players interested, the introduction of narrative events can add more interest to the game.
Halo Infinite is known for its long seasons that last about six months. In such a way, narrative events can be used as a way to divide seasons into smaller sections and make it easier to see the entire story.
As for the actual narrative events that have already been revealed, the first one is called ‘Entrenched’ and players will be able to access it from May 3 to May 16. The second one is called ‘Alpha Pack’ and it will be available from July 19 to August 1. Based on the revealed map for season 2, it is obvious that developers also plan to implement narrative events in season 3, but there is no specific information available at the moment.
